NAKED TRUTH APPAREL EXCHANGE POLICY
Naked Truth Apparel has an exchange only policy. If you wish to exchange an item, the total amount will be credited towards your next order, minus a 15% restocking fee. Simply get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt of your order and let us know the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization number, which must be included, along with the original invoice, in the return package.
Returned items must be received by Naked Truth Apparel no later than 30 days after purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
Exchanges will be handled after we have received and inspected the merchandise being returned. Note, Naked Truth Apparel is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and duties associated with exchanges. We recommend sending returned parcels by registered and insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please send all exchanges to

Due to hygienic reason all items such as under garments, headbands and swimwear will be a final sale. No exceptions.
All discounted items (coupon codes, sales, promotions) will be a final sale. No exceptions.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
The cancellation of an order may only be requested before the order has been processed and shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties and applicable taxes.
SHIPPING
Naked Truth Apparel processes and ships in stock items within 24-48 hours Monday – Friday. Please be advised that orders placed after business hours on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on any Statutory Holidays will begin processing on the following business day, after payment has cleared.
Naked Truth Apparel offers shipping via Canada Post. Please note, that once your order is shipped we will email you with the delivery confirmation provided by Canada Post.
PICK UP AT LOCATION
If choosing the Pick up at location option, please be advised that one of our friendly staff will email you to schedule a date, time and location address to pick up your merchandise once payment has cleared.
